Teresa Shaffer serves as Client Service Associate for Cornerstone Financial Team, where she supports the day-to-day operations of the firm and works diligently to help ensure an exceptional client experience. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to client care, she helps create the structure and consistency that allow the team to serve clients with excellence.

Her steady presence behind the scenes supports both advisors and clients with organization, accountability, and precision. Teresa’s passion for doing things the right way makes her an integral part of the firm’s success.

Teresa earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Florida before beginning a twelve-year career with Trammell Crow Company. That experience strengthened her operational expertise and professional discipline — skills she brings to her role every day.

Outside the office, Teresa enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff, and their two boys, along with extended family and friends. And on game days, you can be sure she is enthusiastically cheering on the Florida Gators.
